Results for 2021. Results for the Integration of C3 Solutions and New Technologies
It’s been seven months since we announced the merger of C3 Solutions and New Technologies, and now it’s time to report the results. At the very end of the year (March 31, 2022), we completed the legal registration of the transaction: as of April 1, 2022, the new structure will operate in the General Financial and Legal Department under the C3 Solutions brand.
What did we do during that time? We joined teams, built a new organizational structure, integrated information systems, developed plans for capacity utilization and production development, found common values and made friends between two founding cultures, but most importantly, formed a new product line.
They include old, improved and new solutions. New products include SCS, data center monitoring software, new PDU models and much more. These products complement the existing portfolio, which includes special solutions in the area of engineering infrastructure for data centers.
But we did not stop there: the company plans to enter fundamentally new markets, in particular, we began to develop solutions for a smart city (video surveillance and stop modules) and microcircuits (we plan to use Russian-made Baikal processors for their manufacture).
We have big plans: 2022-2023. We intend to increase production volumes by at least 100%. We have already laid the groundwork for its implementation, and the synergy is taking its toll: the combined company’s revenue for fiscal 2021 was 1.2 billion rubles, beating the planned result by 30%.
Over the next 5 years, C3 Solutions plans to grow at least 80-100% annually. Among the key growth drivers we see entry into new segments of the IT market and continued merger and acquisition practices.
Until the end of 2022, Alexei Suvorov (former CEO of New Technologies) holds the position of CEO of C3 Solutions. Maxim Kirkunov, who has led the company since its inception, continues to lead the joint structure as a founder and focuses his efforts on forming strategies, exploring new markets and products. The candidacy of a new CEO is under discussion, who will be appointed from 2023. One of the candidates considered is Daria Aleksankina.
